JOB DETAILS: Location: Shanghai Duration: Jul - Dec 2025 (at least 3 days/week attendance) WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 1. Work as G&E CSE SW team member to deploy/enable/optimize AI solutions on ROCm stack on GFX SW stack on latest Radeon GPU. 作为G&E CSE SW team的成员，在最新一代的AMD GPU上部署、开发、优化ROCm软件栈上的AI解决方案。 2.Build up engineering AI solutions to improve issue analysis, test case generation and issue reproduction. 构建AI解决方案，加速工程阶段遇到的问题复现，问题分析及测试用例生成。 3.Create and optimize Stable, reusable HIP/CUDA code 编写及优化健壮可复用的 HIP/CUDA 代码。 4.Support GPU development engineer on issue debugging and improvement related AI algorithms, accuracy, and performance. 协助 GPU 软件开发工程师调试模型在 GPU 上的算法，精度和性能问题，以及性能调优。 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1. Major in computer science, computer engineering, data science/analytics, machine learning, computer graphics, computer vision, statistics, and mathematics or a related field. 计算机科学/计算机工程/数据科学/数据分析/机器学习/计算机图形学/计算机视觉/统计/数学或相关专业。 2. Strong programming skill in Python, C/C++ with real project experience. 优秀的 C++,  C, CUDA 和 Python 语言的基础，有相关项目更佳。 3. Deep learning/AI frameworks (like PyTorch, Tensorflow), machine learning algorithms (like Transformer, DiT, VAE), kernel programming (like ROCm/CUDA/Triton), and LLM/SD GPU deployments 掌握AI相关知识，深度学习/AI框架(如PyTorch，Tensorflow)，算法(如Transformer，DiT， VAE)，kernel编程(如ROCm/CUDA/Triton), 以及LLM/SD模型GPU上部署。 4. Strong knowledge of GPU high concurrency development, real project experience is a plus 深刻理解 GPU 高并发编程原理，有相关项目实践更佳。 5. Cross communicate with other sites engineering team. 具备与国外团队良好沟通的能力。 5.
