About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our executive team as the Chief of Staff to our Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Growth. In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to the Growth Executives, providing strategic support, facilitating communication, and driving key initiatives to ensure the organization's success. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of business operations and executive-level decision-making. This is a great opportunity for an individual with experience at a high-growth company and wants to put their skills to work to build at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to sales, marketing, and revenue operations, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Executive Support
    • Act as a primary point of contact between Growth Executives and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Manage the Growth Executives schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient use of time.
    • Prepare briefing materials and presentations for meetings and engagements, including client engagements and preparation for board meetings.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Facilitate communication within the executive team and across various departments.
    • Ensure alignment of organizational priorities and initiatives.
  • Decision Support
    • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare recommendations to support decision-making.
    • Anticipate and address potential challenges or opportunities for the Growth Executives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a high-performing executive support team.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
    • Streamline communication and workflow between the Growth office and other departments.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
    • Represent the Growth Team in various forums when necessary.

What We Need

  • 8+ years experience in management consulting, business operations or other highly strategic, analytical and operational roles within a rapidly growing company
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience at a high-growth company, building and leading in a strategy and operations capacity (ideally at a tech startup)
  • Strong communication skills, able to synthesize complex information and distill the most important points
  • Master at prioritization and keeping strategic goals progressing, identifying roadblocks and problem solving
  • Proven experience in a senior management or executive support role
  • Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • A strong orientation towards outcomes and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Excellent EQ, interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proven track record building relationships with a wide range of people and influence cross functionally without direct authority

Compensation: 

  • Base: $145,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $205,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
