About The Role

The Growth Marketing Director will be instrumental in driving our customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The Director will lead cross-functional projects, driving experimentation and continuous improvement across the marketing team. This position offers a dynamic environment with significant opportunities for professional growth and the chance to shape the company's growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Create and manage a growth roadmap aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey.
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance website and landing page performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools and data to inform marketing strategies, make informed decisions, and continuously monitor campaign performance.
  • Create and leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full funnel analysis, paid media advertising (LinkedIn, Google Ads), and CRO.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $120,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $165,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
