The Role
In this role you'll be spearheading digital marketing strategy and operations to drive demand for our first-to-market AI leadership coach. You'll develop and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns that captivate, engage, and convert enterprise prospects. This role requires a strong analytical skills, familiarity with growth marketing tools, and excitement to test and iterate on new campaigns to optimize growth.
This is a high-impact role at a critical juncture; you will have the freedom to architect and drive Valence’s growth engine as our AI coach builds momentum with enterprise partners. Collaborating closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams, you'll ensure that our growth marketing initiatives not only align with broader company goals but drive tangible, measurable results.

Location and Work Environment
Candidates based in NYC will work at least 3 days a week in our office in Union Square. Remote candidates may be considered. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
