We are seeking a Growth Product Manager (GPM) to lead growth initiatives that accelerate the adoption and expansion of our cutting-edge payment marketing products. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through data-driven strategies. You’ll collaborate with global teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and impactful product-led growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy and Execution

  • Partner with senior leadership to execute a growth strategy tailored to large merchants, optimizing metrics such as lead generation, activation, retention, and account expansion.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive product usage and revenue growth.

Customer Acquisition and Conversion

  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels in partnership with commercial teams, ensuring alignment with sales cycles and processes.
  • Develop strategies to streamline lead generation and qualification for scalable growth.

Experimentation and Continuous Improvement

  • Design and execute experiments to enhance customer onboarding, engagement, and product adoption.
  • Analyze outcomes of growth experiments and refine workflows, messaging, and product features based on findings.

Data-Driven Insights

  • Leverage user behavior, customer feedback, and business performance data to uncover actionable growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), and net revenue retention (NRR).

Product-Led Growth

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build self-service capabilities and growth-focused features that improve the customer experience.
  • Drive initiatives that shorten the time-to-value for new customers and improve retention metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, business development, account management, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with account-based marketing (ABM) and customer success goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and targeting across teams and touchpoints.

Customer Insights and Influence

  • Conduct interviews and surveys to understand business user needs, pain points, and motivations.
  • Use customer insights to influence product roadmaps and prioritize improvements that enhance business outcomes.

 

Key Qualifications

Experience

  • 3–5 years in product management, growth, or a related role, with a focus on B2B markets.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in SaaS or enterprise product environments.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in B2B growth strategies, including ABM, lifecycle marketing, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and CRM platforms.
  • Experience with APIs and technical documentation is highly valued.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to align teams on shared goals.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
  • Ability to work with engineering teams to deliver growth-focused product features.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise, or mid-market B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks such as Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Customer Success-Led Growth.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics like ARR, MRR, and LTV/CAC ratios.
