What you’ll be doing
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing potential revenue-generating opportunities with new and existing clients, as well as channel partners and resellers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales motion, from discovery and demos to pricing discussions and final contract negotiations; set and work towards sales forecasts and quotas.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to maximize revenue, improve customer acquisition and retention, and drive overall revenue growth.
- Help define our GTM strategy, including developing commercial and pricing models, key performance metrics and compensation structure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing and creative to ensure successful execution of sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, improving our positioning and competitive differentiation in the market.
- Represent Inworld at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
What you’ll bring
- Passion for AI, gaming and all things interactive.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, or related roles in the gaming or technology industries.
- Excellent business writing, presentation, organizational and communication skills.
- Proven track record of closing key accounts and delivering revenue growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $190,000, with the potential for an incentive-based comp structure. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
