In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible.

About the role

This role is based in our San Francisco HQ or out of New York City. We offer relocation assistance.

We are seeking a GTM Product Enablement Manager who will be a key player in building the foundational processes and programs to enable our team to achieve this mission.

In this role, you will:

  • Enable multiple GTM teams on OpenAI product launches, including our Enterprise APIs, ChatGPT Enterprise products, and new AI models.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge within the existing GTM team, ensuring they have the answers to, or can readily find the answers to, all prospect or customer product inquiries. 

  • Keep abreast of updates and timelines related to the OpenAI Enterprise product roadmaps, ensuring that GTM teams are well-informed and prepared ahead of product releases.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of AI deployments for B2B companies, viewed as technical and credible by technical account managers and sales engineers.

  • Proven track record in leading dynamic live product trainings and establishing a consistent enablement schedule that clarifies the product roadmap for revenue teams. Skilled in translating product features into tangible value with diverse training and content delivery methods.

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating clear product guides and documentation, and know how to manage and distribute content effectively.

  • Developed strong working relationships across Product Marketing, Competitive Insights, Product Ops, and with GTM Leadership.

  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple work streams and stakeholders. Adapts quickly and maintains focus in rapidly changing environments.

  • Energized by working “behind the scenes” to support GTM teammates.

  • Nice to have: You have worked directly inside a b2b SaaS sales or post-sales motion and understand the process. You have distinct experience or expertise in the AI space. If you have experience in customer education or remote/digital learning, it’s a plus.
