Listing Services (LS) team’s, mission is to drive strategic selection availability in global marketplaces through tailored initiatives to enable new seller launch and existing seller growth. We envision to become the “go-to team” for sellers, Account Managers, Selection/Product/Tech internal teams to enable programs and products aimed at providing seamless listing experience on Amazon marketplaces WW.

We have a leadership role, where you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our international customers, by account managing the launch of strategic sellers with a host of products, improving catalog quality and selection performance through innovative solutions.
We are pivoting our services towards Account Management (AM) and looking for a seasoned leader with AM experience to lead this transition. This role requires an individual with (1) solid account and program management skills, (2) ability to engage effectively with our Sellers and senior amazon leaders, (3) excellent statistical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail, (4) outstanding business acumen and ability to develop/deliver revenue generating initiatives and (5) establish effective partnerships with both business owners and product/tech teams.
Key job responsibilities
1. Establishing robust and scalable processes to execute and manage 2024-25 initiatives to improve seller experience through programmatic solutions and product/tech collaboration and working with Business Teams across the globe.
2. Establish partnerships with internal sales team leaders across the world, identify opportunities to implement Seller facing Listing Modules to help resolve listing issues and take goals to generate incremental revenue (GMS).
3. Drive AM Development, Experience & Knowledge activities, implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
4. Collaborate with teams across Amazon to adopt/improve upcoming Generative AI (LLM) models for listing creation and selection/catalog improvement.
5. Be the Voice of the Seller, developing mechanisms to collect/surface SX issues, product improvement ideas and influence product team to prioritize them in their roadmap.
6. Pilot new and scrappy ideas to test their viability, with the goal to improve seller experience, selection performance and revenue. Gather learnings from these experiments to influence the product roadmap and automation requirements.
7. Participate in planning meetings to understand the growth strategy, provide inputs where needed and gather ideas to improvise existing services.
8. Develop a 3-year vision and roadmap for Listing Services function.
9. Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other Change/Kaizen initiatives as required.
10. Write documents, own and drive MBR, QBR and OP discussions with WW stakeholders.
11. This is an L6 people manager role and directly manages L5s and L4s. Provide individual feedback and coaching focused on improving performance and career growth.
12. Participate in hiring/building the team & raising the bar in hiring.
13. Performance appraisals, goal setting, training/mentoring & attrition control.
