As the Head of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at Thoughtful AI, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how healthcare organizations engage with advanced AI solutions. As a strategic marketer, you’ll take ownership of designing and implementing Thoughtful AI’s ABM initiatives, that capture attention and convert enterprise accounts into lasting partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Account-Based Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns designed to engage and convert enterprise healthcare accounts, tailoring strategies to address specific personas and organizational needs.
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage intent data, CRM insights, and analytics to optimize ABM programs, ensuring each initiative aligns with both customer needs and business goals.
- Exemplify Impeccable Project Management: Manage end-to-end execution of ABM initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration, timely delivery, and high-impact results.
- Own Thoughtful AI’s ICP: Expand and curate the master ICP list. This includes continued enrichment, refinement, expansion, and segmentation. This list is what will power our outbound, content, and paid media strategies.
- Act as a Trusted Marketing Partner: Serve as the strategic marketing advisor to the sales team, providing insights, messaging frameworks, and account-specific collateral that enable personalized and effective outreach.
- Drive Content Personalization and Development: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, account-specific assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and campaign landing pages tailored to the buyer’s journey.
- Evaluate Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of ABM initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of ABM campaigns across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or eight years of equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 2+ years specifically in ABM, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing ABM programs for enterprise accounts that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense), CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Highly organized with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
