Story Protocol is building an IP infrastructure optimized for the internet era.
Our mission is to unleash the creativity of the internet by building the native IP infrastructure layer of the web. Our tools enables creative IPs — prose, images, audio, and more — to record their evolutionary journey from inception through the endless combinatorics of digital co-creation. Beyond tracking the provenance and attribution of IP as it grows, we also develop modules that power frictionless composability, allowing anyone to contribute to an IP and to capture the value of that contribution.

The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to join Story Protocol, our blockchain company, as our first HR hire. In this pioneering role, you will develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment, and partner with team members and managers on key people initiatives such as team relations, engagement, retention, benefits and compensation, onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management. You will maintain employee records, ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and labor laws, and serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, helping to create order from chaos within our dynamic environment.
