We are looking for a skilled Implementation Engineer with 2+ years of experience in coding and automation to join our team. This role involves deploying, configuring, and automating software solutions for clients, ensuring smooth implementation and integration with existing systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in scripting, automation, and system configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and customize software solutions to meet client requirements.
- Automate installation, configuration, and operational tasks using scripts and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, or connectors to streamline system implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless system rollouts.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in software implementation, coding, and automation.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Shell scripting, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
- Experience in building RPA workflows.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, RESTful services, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and query optimization.
- Experience working with Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
