Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our Humanoid is designed for corporate tasks targeting labor shortages and jobs that are undesirable or unsafe. We are based in Sunnyvale, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle inbound and outbound receiving
- Create and implement an inventory management solution from scratch
- Perform counts of parts, materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
- Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate issues, and recommend improvements to cross-functional teams to obtain high levels of inventory accuracy and improve efficiencies
- Identify racking/labeling inconsistencies and proactively correct issues
- Assists with shipping and receiving, material handling and inventory control activities as required
- Works with logistics companies and customs to ensure shipments arrive in a timely manner
- Manage and track in house CapEx equipment
- Manage and track calibration of in house CapEx equipment
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in inventory, warehousing and material handling
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to identify and correct data inaccuracies
- Previous experience in inventory management
- Previous experience having built inventory management from the ground up
- Prior knowledge of inventory systems
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Excel
- Go getter attitude with the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to operate a forklift and other mobile equipment
- Familiar with Agile and Test driven development
