Overview
Serve as a liaison between customers, the Information Systems and Technology (IST) division, and Corporate in this vital position maintaining software order processing, deployment, and auditing, as well as coordinating mobile device deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for the IST Division's software ordering and deployment process
- Identify opportunities to optimize software license usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Perform software license audits to maintain accurate tracking and appropriate renewal figures
- Update documentation related to software licenses for reference and compliance purposes
- Create Purchase Orders and work with telecom vendors during the procurement process
- Work closely with colleagues to determine eligibility for mobile device programs
- Maintain an in-house inventory of mobile devices available for deployment
- Participate in IT Asset Management by ensuring all devices are properly assigned
- Assist colleagues with device setup, application installation and perform minor troubleshooting where necessary
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Superior customer service skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using database applications and business information systems
- Possess independent problem solving and self-direction skills with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with the use of a computer, scanner, and office printer
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High School diploma
