About The Role š»Ā
As a Junior Data Research Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that we have the most accurate ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) data, in order to provide the most reliable sustainability impact measurements.Ā

What Youāll Be Doing š
Working as a Ā Junior Associate - Data Research your role will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
- Collect, verify and process Sustainability data sourced from various financial, exchange and government regulator websites and official reports.
- Assist in data collection projects through data analysis, quality assurance and data monitoring.
- Conduct frequent research on ESG reporting standards and assist in the development of methodologies for the collection of best-in-class data.Ā
- Mentor and train external contractors and internal team on ESG indicators and sustainability frameworks.
- Perform ad hoc team projects as needed.

Requirements
What Youāll Need š
- Highly motivated, independent, proactive and deeply passionate about sustainability and impact.
- IntermediateĀ knowledge of MS Excel, database applications, and BI tools (e.g. Quicksight).
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills, with clear attention to detail to work with complex data sets.Ā
- At least a Bachelorās degree-Ā Sustainability, Finance, Economics, Itl. Relations, Accounts, Environmental Studies or similar field of study.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level-proficient user)
Nice To Have āØ
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQLĀ and/or business intelligence tools is a plus
- Experience in Data collection / data research or similar rolesĀ
- Experience in a start-up and/or tech company
