Monks is seeking a Junior Creative to join our creative team. This role combines the love of social first and brand campaign thinking, focusing on producing innovative ideas and campaigns for diverse clients. You will collaborate closely with a talented team, including art directors, producers, copywriters, and motion designers.
Responsibilities:- Ideating fresh concepts to enhance campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends.
- Collaborate with seasoned team members to learn, develop and sharpen your skills.
- Present sophisticated creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Implement creative strategies, ensuring authenticity in ideas and execution.
The essentials:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in advertising design or art direction, with a killer portfolio that showcases relevant work.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Familiarity with emerging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney) and their application in creative projects.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their visual communication standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Not a Must, But a Plus:
- Experience in content creation.
- Comfort in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving client needs.
