The Opportunity
The Key Account Executive is responsible for prospecting and building relationships with key accounts to bring them on as new customers for Observe.AI’s long-term success. This role involves identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and sales execution. The Key Account Executive will work closely with senior decision-makers to position the Observe.AI’s entire product offering as a critical part of their business strategies.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Drive new business opportunities within targeted prospective enterprise accounts
- Identify and engage prospective clients to get Observe.AI’s foot in the door
- Conduct in-depth clients needs assessments to understand their goals and challenges.
- Present tailored solutions to address client-specific requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and CX, to deliver customized solutions and exceptional client experiences.
- Align with leadership to develop sales strategies on how to make inroads on new enterprise accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in our internal CRM (Salesforce)
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback.
- Accurately give forecast updates to management on sales performance, market dynamics, and account activities.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Previous experience selling CCaaS and closing 7 figure deal sizes
- Proven track record as an Enterprise/Strategic Account Executive, Named Account Executive, or in a similar B2B role.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze and act on market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile environment.
- Team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range
The OTE salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $300,000-$350,000 per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
