We seek a highly skilled, versatile, and inventive Senior L&D Program Manager to develop bar-raising learning solutions to by upskilling our Amazon Marketplace employees. The Senior Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager will lead a team of L&D professionals including Learning Experience Designers and L&D Business Partners to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and onboarding strategy for the marketplace organization. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing pre-boarding and onboarding processes, as well as ongoing learning initiatives with a focus on accelerating ramp time and ensuring continued success in role. You will partner with business leaders from L6 to L8 to understand organization needs, design scalable learning solutions, and drive strategic initiatives that enable functional excellence and leadership development. You will develop and implement comprehensive learning roadmaps aligned with organizational priorities to support the growth and development of Marketplace team members. You will leverage your expertise in adult learning, learning design, and executive-level communications to ensure your team is delivering innovative, high-impact learning experiences. You will lead organizational engagement and strategic communications to connect employees with the org’s mission and promote continuous learning.

- Manage a cross-functional L&D team of experience designers, leadership development professionals and L&D business partners.
- Develop strategic relationships with senior leaders across Marketplace businesses and HR to align priorities and drive impactful learning initiatives.
- Integrate well to the organization to co-create a talent development strategy with HR and business leaders and lead the L&D team to create the L&D solutions that will support the aligned talent development strategy.
- Own and oversee the entire lifecycle of pre-boarding and onboarding programs, from needs assessment to execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Have the team design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning solutions and training programs to facilitate meaningful growth experiences for employees.
- Leverage data, analytics, and feedback to measure program effectiveness, ensure alignment with KPIs and desired outcomes, and drive continuous improvements to learning solutions.
- Incorporate experimentation, AI adoption, and new modalities to enhance learning experiences, operational processes, training methodologies, knowledge resources, and quality assurance.
- Identify gaps in training content and collaborate with stakeholders to innovate, refine content, and influence change.
- Manage complex, high-visibility projects from start to finish, navigating risks, roadblocks, constraints, and conflicting resolutions through appropriate channels.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates through MBR/QBR sessions, narrative docs, and other strategic forums.
