WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning engineer/Data Scientist, to analyze various data such as human demographic, psychographic, photos, essays and others.

Our daily tasks include technical R&D, proof-of-concept (POC), system design, infrastructure design, system integration for model inference, building service pipelines, and etc. Skills in modern software development and solid experiences in developing real-time systems are necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create several human simulation AI design and the technical roadmap for Woven City

Lead the human simulation AI product and development, (software/ML model test, user experience optimization)

define hypotheses and milestones with external stakeholders and conduct iterative user testing to refine the service and to identify the risks.

Collect data and develop machine learning product/services, (build, verify, and deploy models)

define and document development feature items and related work.

Lead the design of optimized ML pipeline from data curation to automatic model serving

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

10+ years of professional experience in AI products and project management (i.e. recommendation, sales forecasting, AI-assistant bot, etc.)

Experience in machine learning and the framework (e.g. tensorflow, pytorch, Computer vision libraries, NLP libraries, etc.)

Business level skills of English and Japanese

NICE TO HAVES

Experience in system architecture and infrastructure design on Cloud i.e. AWS services, EKS, etc.

Experience in cross functional team leader

Higher motivation for catching up with the latest technologies

Quick implementation skills from the the latest research papers

Experience working with UI/UX designers to help define product direction
