Codeium already gives AI-powered tools to hundreds of thousands of individual developers and development teams at thousands of enterprises, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. With millions of installations of our extensions and intense traction in the enterprise sector, Codeium has uniquely already achieved strong product market fit, and is looking to take it to the next level. As a marketing campaign manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and tracking campaigns to drive enterprise awareness and adoption of our products within potential decision-makers, champions, and users. Your role will be instrumental in driving adoption of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns to reach target markets and position Codeium as the go-to AI development solution for enterprises.
Persona Understanding: Interacting with our users to understand who they are, what they care about, and what messaging/channels resonate with them.
Review Site Management: Own and optimize Codeium’s presence on G2, TrustRadius, and other review sites to influence enterprise buyers.
Field Marketing Events: Assist in executive roundtables, industry conferences, and strategic in-person engagements.
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years professional experience in campaign management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
(Optional) Past experience working with B2B SaaS startups.
(Optional) Experience in sales, marketing, design, photo/video editing software, etc.
