We are seeking a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Monks’ Data services by creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy centered around content and event marketing. This position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in demand generation who can plan and manage Monks-owned and co-branded events with technology partners. You will be responsible for developing scalable marketing programs that not only generate a qualified pipeline in North America and EMEA but also serve as a blueprint for implementation across other global markets. Collaborating closely with sales, regional teams, and external partners, you will leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing calendar with content and event-driven initiatives to generate qualified demand for the Monks’ data services.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients through innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align demand-generation activities with business goals and pipeline targets.

Content and Event Marketing

  • Plan and manage Monks-owned events and co-branded events with technology partners to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop high-quality content, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and videos.
  • Optimize event and content performance using analytics to ensure ROI and refine strategies.

Global Program Design

  • Create marketing programs and templates that are scalable and easily implemented in other regions by local marketing teams.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to adapt programs to local markets while maintaining brand consistency.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data to maximize effectiveness.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technology partners, and global marketing colleagues, to ensure alignment and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external technology partners to enhance co-marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, content marketing, or event marketing.
  • Expertise in marketing enterprise data strategies, custom solutions built within common marketing/cloud technology ecosystems.
  • Proven experience planning and executing successful marketing events and campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and partners.
  • Knowledge of global marketing best practices and cultural nuances is a plus.

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

$100,000$115,000 CAD
