The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing processes, ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs, and driving efficiency across our marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in marketing ops, reporting, analytics, and marketing automation, and who is eager to develop their skills in AI-powered GTM orchestration.
The Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing our marketing processes, ensuring seamless execution of marketing programs, and driving efficiency across our marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in marketing ops, reporting, analytics, and marketing automation, and who is eager to develop their skills in AI-powered GTM orchestration.

What You'll Do

  • Program Management:
  • Set up and manage marketing programs in Marketo and Salesforce, including webinars, email campaigns, and events.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, tracking and measurement of the different programs
  • Develop and manage forms, workflow logic, confirmation emails, and other technical elements related to each program
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Own forecasting and tracking for campaign performance
  • Conduct program efficiency by channel/tactic and ROI analysis on program spend on a regular basis.
  • Support the GTM teams with list building and reporting
  • Manage and optimize marketing attribution models
  • Use customer and behavioral data insights to inform program selection recommendations
  • Operational Support:
  • Manage the marketing program calendar and communications to the field
  • Assist with Martech stack, tool integrations, and data management
  • Manage and optimize lead import, scoring, and routing
  • Own Marketo database segmentation management
  • Strategic Initiatives:
  • Evaluate, optimize and orchestrate AI tools to modernize our GTM strategy
  • Conduct continual full-funnel and buyer journey analysis
  • What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, business ops, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic and actionable insights
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
