Overview

Responsibilities
- Participate in all product operations work areas, including order processing, inventory control, and a variety of material handling processes using forklift, stock picker, pallet jacks, copy and duplication machines, bindery, and more
- Prepare and apply warehouse, shipping, and other labels and documentation to packages, shipments, or pallets as necessary
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks
- Assemble products or other materials from assembly instructions and drawings, bills of material, or verbal instruction
- Pick and pack materials, components, and other items according to transfer order instructions
- Participate in cycle count, ShipDesk metrics, reporting, and compliance
- Accurately perform data entry and transactional record keeping into various Esri computer systems and databases using a variety of software applications including SAP, Microsoft SharePoint and Office, and others
- Use effective written and verbal communication to provide timely status updates and follow up as necessary
Requirements
- 1+ years of related experience
- Computer experience; able to effectively use email, scanner, and network systems; clerical skills to include data entry, typing, filing, copying, and email
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and with others as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in warehouse environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Action and results oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
Recommended Qualifications
- Forklift/stock picker experience
- Current or previous California OSHA forklift certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Shipping, order picking, inventory control, and/or production assembly experience
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping terminology, carriers, and carrier manifest equipment
