Our goal at Liquid is to build the most capable AI systems to solve problems at every scale, such that users can build, access, and control their AI solutions. This is to ensure that AI will get meaningfully, reliably and efficiently integrated at all enterprises. Long term, Liquid will create and deploy frontier-AI-powered solutions that are available to everyone.

We've proven our technology works. The theory is realized. Now comes the harder part: turning working tech into indispensable products. This isn't about building features – it's about discovering how our core ML innovations solve real enterprise problems.

The Role: Product Engineer

We're not hiring traditional Product Managers. We're hiring engineers who can shape products because they understand both the technical possibilities and customer realities. Our belief is simple: the best product decisions come from those who can both envision the solution and build it.

The Core Question

"Can you take validated ML technology and turn it into must-have products for enterprises – while being hands-on enough to evolve the technical implementation as you learn?" If this excites you more than managing a predefined roadmap, keep reading.

What Success Looks Like

  • Drive 0-1 product-market fit in specific enterprise verticals through rapid, hands-on iteration
  • Architect scalable foundations that support 1-10 growth without rebuilding
  • Transform customer insights into technical requirements that strengthen our core ML platform
  • Own both the vision and the execution – from customer discovery to technical implementation
  • ,

    Required Capabilities

  • Proven track record of 0-1 product development, preferably in enterprise or ML contexts
  • Strong technical background that enables both product vision and hands-on implementation
  • Experience leading products without a preset playbook – comfort with ambiguity is essential
  • Ability to move fast while building for scale – know when to hack and when to architect
  • ,

    Core Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end product development within assigned verticals
  • Work directly with customers to uncover needs and validate solutions
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to evolve our technical capabilities
  • Define and execute rapid experiments to validate product-market fit
  • Partner with GTM teams to align product and business model
  • ,

    The Right Candidate

  • Prefers building from scratch over optimizing existing products
  • Sees technical implementation as a tool for product discovery
  • Values broad agency over structured processes
  • Brings founder-level ownership without requiring founder-level equity
  • Is energized by turning theoretical capabilities into practical value
  • ,

    What You'll Gain

  • Full mandate over product-market fit and revenue in your vertical
  • High agency with strong technical and GTM resources
  • Direct access to enterprise customer problems worth solving
  • Opportunity to shape the future of efficient AI deployment
  • In essence, this role is for someone who wants to be a founder without being a founder – all the agency and impact, backed by exceptional resources and validated technology.
