As a Mid-Market Sales Manager at Jasper, you will guide a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for hiring, developing, and coaching sales professionals to effectively prospect for new business as well as seek ways to upsell existing customers. Furthermore, you will work closely with sales stakeholders to optimize our sales strategy.

The role is open to candidates located in the US and can be remote within the United States. We have offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT with employees based across the US. We've built a strong foundation to support remote employee engagement with other teams.  What you will do at Jasper:

  • Motivate & inspire a team to exceed sales targets
  • Collaboratively contribute to overall sales management & strategies across all segments
  • Optimize and improve sales motions in the Mid-Market space, leveraging data to drive judgment
  • Contribute to Jasper’s product roadmap, specifically helping to productize solutions for our B2B customers and partners
  • Create and enhance outbound activities to drive pipeline growth
  • Prioritize new and existing leads flow through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent success across all members of the team
  • Reinforce consistent usage and adoption of sales productivity tools such as SFDC and Gong
  • Foster a customer-centric, consultative approach with our customers to ensure a best-in-class experience from start to finish
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external teams

What you will bring to Jasper:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales Management
  • 3+ years of experience selling a SaaS Solution
  • Strong history of people management and proclivity toward collaborative team leadership
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced hyper-growth, remote startup environment
  • Desire to get creative about pipeline growth for new and existing customers
  • Managing stakeholder buy-in and cross-functional collaboration
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about people, teams, and company
  • Inspirational coach, mentor, and leader

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected OTE offered for this role is $335,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
