Monks is looking for a Semi Senior Designer who will Design, create, manipulate, and tailor graphics, images, sound, animation, video, and text to create integrated multimedia social assets. A multimedia developer can combine design skills with technical knowledge of digital products and websites.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on the agreed dates to achieve goals.
- Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines, and manage between accounts and the corresponding teams.
- Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.
- Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real-time.
- Work hand to hand with the Social Media Team to provide ideas for the always-on publications.
- Localize assets (video and images) following the guidelines of each material.
Qualification Requirements
- +3 years experience working in the advertising industry as a Mid role.
- Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and YT).
- Visualization of creative campaigns for different brands.
- Good English, both spoken and written.
- You have solid Adobe Suite, After Effects, and Figma skills
