The Role

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to support the office staff and management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive workplace culture, improving office systems, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking items 

  • Handle office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, liaising with vendors for repairs and replacements

  • Executive support for CEO - manage calendar, coordinate travel, streamlining communications

  • Lead planning and organization of office events to ensure logistical needs are met

  • Leading and planning company marketing events

  • Working with leadership, recruiting & HR teams to manage office growth

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience directly supporting and executing office management duties

  • Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or project management software

  • Ability to physically lift and move office supplies/equipment, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an executive assistant, supporting multiple leaders in an organization

  • Experience researching, interfacing and negotiating with external vendors

  • Experience with event coordination and/or marketing initiatives
