The Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to support the office staff and management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive workplace culture, improving office systems, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking items
Handle office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, liaising with vendors for repairs and replacements
Executive support for CEO - manage calendar, coordinate travel, streamlining communications
Lead planning and organization of office events to ensure logistical needs are met
Leading and planning company marketing events
Working with leadership, recruiting & HR teams to manage office growth
Minimum Qualifications
2 years of experience directly supporting and executing office management duties
Experience managing multiple work streams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or project management software
Ability to physically lift and move office supplies/equipment, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as an executive assistant, supporting multiple leaders in an organization
Experience researching, interfacing and negotiating with external vendors
Experience with event coordination and/or marketing initiatives
