A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations and Administrative Analyst to support our Defense Product teams. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for directly supporting a subset of our leaders as well as establishing new or streamlining current operational processes. As an operational team member, you'll drive projects forward and own their outcomes. As an administrative team member, you’ll demonstrate excellent organization and exercise tact and diplomacy while supporting a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to Palantir.

This role is a great fit for someone who is invested in customer experience and thrives in a dynamic environment. To be successful in both aspects of your role, you’ll need to demonstrate good judgment and critical thinking by understanding competing priorities and actioning your work accordingly. You’ll innovate new ways to help the people and teams you support be as productive and impactful as possible. When things don't go as planned, you're able to think on your feet, communicate effectively, then devise and execute on an action plan.

This role will offer many opportunities to learn and grow, and you'll be surrounded by a team who is just as passionate about supporting one another as they are about Palantir's mission. We operate in a high-accountability, high-expectation environment where the goal is always to produce the best solution as a team. Willingness to accept and respond to feedback is critical.
