About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Operations Manager to own and manage data-driven global Partner Enablement operations. This is a significant role responsible for establishing a strong infrastructure to offer best-in-class Partner Enablement productivity. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. You will be required to be in the office Monday through Wednesday, with the option of working from home on Thursday and Friday.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with Partner Revenue leadership to assess the OAI partner requirements.
Design and develop a world-class partner digital learning experience operation workflow
Own an effective partner enablement tool ecosystem, governance and policies (ie CMS/PRM, LMS, credential and badging tools)
Collaborate with GTM teams and IT to implement and integrate the partner enablement tool ecosystem with CRM.
Manage tool access, troubleshoot system issues, administer day-to-day requests from Partner Enablement team and resolve problems within a defined scheduled SLA
Provide analytics and insights to support partner enablement team decision making process.
Manage learner risks by offering timely support to the partner stakeholder and audience.
Establish strong vendor relationships to conduct regular learning program reviews to drive continuous Partner Enablement process improvement and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and integrate them into the partner enablement strategy
You might thrive in this role if you have:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience with administering and managing enablement tools and vendor management in technology industry (i.e., CMS/PRM, LMS, credential and badging tools)
Minimum 2+ years in data analytics and leadership dashboard development
Proven track record of providing top-quality, on-time internal and external stakeholder support and resolutions.
A self-starter with ability to work independently with exceptional communication and customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in using Salesforce or other relevant platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
