As a Partner Marketer, you’ll lead our partner marketing playbook and elevate our presence through unforgettable events and campaigns.
From co-branded activations with top-tier partners to behind-the-scenes coordination of content creation and partner enablement, you'll shape how partners engage with our brand and how buyers experience our joint value proposition. This role is based in Austin and will collaborate closely with our field, sales, product, and partnerships teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Co-Marketing with Strategic Partners: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of co-marketing initiatives with cloud providers, systems integrators, and tech partners
Activate and Scale Partner Events: From sponsored conferences to executive roundtables, drive high-impact partner-led events that showcase joint value and move pipeline
Build the Partner Marketing Playbook: Create scalable programs—toolkits, campaign templates, onboarding guides—to enable repeatable success across the partner ecosystem
Align on Joint GTM Strategy: Collaborate closely with alliances, sales, and product marketing to ensure partner messaging, campaigns, and events align to shared pipeline goals
Maximize ROI from MDF & Budget Allocations: Strategically manage marketing development funds (MDF), track ROI, and optimize spend across co-branded campaigns
Measure, Report, Improve: Define KPIs for every partner motion—track influence on pipeline, report outcomes, and iterate on what’s working
Be the Internal Advocate for Partner Marketing: Educate internal teams on partner offerings, timelines, and co-sell opportunities to drive stronger alignment and field execution
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1–2 years directly supporting partner marketing, channel strategy, or ecosystem GTM
Proven ability to build and execute co-marketing plans with technology partners, cloud providers, or resellers
Deep understanding of partner motions—from MDF and joint pipeline goals to campaign attribution and enablement
Strong event planning and program management skills—you can run point on executive dinners, field activations, and campaigns with ease
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder; you know how to align multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution chops—you’re just as comfortable crafting a joint value prop as you are running the booth
Familiarity with developer tools, cloud ecosystems, or AI/infra partnerships is a strong plus
