As our People Operations Coordinator, you’ll join a small but mighty team focused on building an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Manager of People & Talent, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day People Operations-managing internal admin, supporting employees, and helping scale our processes as we grow.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role that offers exposure to a wide range of People functions-from onboarding and HR systems to policy management and global mobility. As our People Operations Coordinator, you’ll join a small but mighty team focused on building an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Manager of People & Talent, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day People Operations-managing internal admin, supporting employees, and helping scale our processes as we grow.

Success Criteria

  • Administer our HRIS (BambooHR)-keeping employee records clean, accurate, and up to date
  • Manage internal benefits administration tasks like enrollments and changes, with exposure to broader benefits strategy in partnership with the Manager, People & Talent
  • Be a trusted go-to for employees with questions about time off, company policies, and general People processes, responding clearly and empathetically
  • Coordinate and improve our onboarding program by working closely with IT, Facilities, and Finance to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires
  • Keep internal documentation, policies, and employee handbooks organized and current, ensuring alignment with local labor laws
  • Support internal workflows like leaves of absence, job changes, and offboarding
  • Gain exposure to global mobility processes, including visa sponsorship and international travel logistics, in collaboration with the Manager, People & Talent and the broader Operations team
  • Partner with Finance to support light payroll coordination, such as tracking employee changes and ensuring accurate time-off and leave data
  • Assist with basic HR reporting, including headcount data, time-off summaries, and HRIS-driven metrics
  • Proactively spot opportunities to improve systems, documentation, or employee-facing resources

  • Your Experience
    Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR coordination, or an administrative role with exposure to HR
  • Familiarity with an HRIS (BambooHR experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Exposure to benefits, onboarding, or policy support, even in a supporting capacity, is helpful
  • Interest in growing your knowledge of People Ops foundations at a fast-paced, high-impact company

  • Strong organizational skills-you keep track of details, timelines, and follow-ups with ease
  • Clear, kind communication-especially when answering employee questions or handling sensitive matters
  • Experience coordinating tasks across multiple teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Facilities)
  • Comfortable navigating systems, maintaining documentation, and managing repeatable processes
  • Ability to generate and interpret basic reports to support internal needs
