As the Program Manager for People at Scale AI, you will be a key member of our People team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing People Team programs and initiatives that align with our company's strategic goals. This is a senior individual contributor role, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by driving programs that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and overall workplace satisfaction.

You will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of People Team programs, including but not limited to performance management, employee recognition, and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify key talent needs and contribute to the development of talent management strategies.
  • Design and implement programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge the pulse of the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce attrition and enhance employee retention.
  • Develop and execute training programs to support employee skill development and career growth.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture and cultivate leadership skills within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to measure the impact of programs and initiatives.
  • Generate regular reports for leadership on People Team metrics and trends.

Ideally you'd have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of People Team experience, with a focus at least 3 in program management.
  • Strong understanding of People Team best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work onsite two days a week in our San Francisco HQ office or NYC office

 

The base salary range for this full-time position in our hub locations, San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, is $151,200 - $181,400. Compensation packages at Scale include base salary, equity, and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Scale employees are also granted Stock Options that are awarded upon board of director approval. You’ll also receive benefits including, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Additionally, this role may be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
