AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE: The Portfolio Messaging Manager is responsible for crafting, connecting and activating integrated messaging for AMD's end to end portfolio, with a particular focus on AI and Data Center solutions. This role requires developing a connected narrative across AMD’s end to end portfolio, ensuring differentiation, consistency and impact across all touchpoints. This narrative and messaging will serve as the connected thread that will help tie together product, workload and solution messages for individual business unit solutions. The Marketing Manager will work closely with WW Marketing team to bring this messaging to life through various vehicles and ensure it resonates with our target audience of Enterprise (ITDM and BDM) customers and Product Marketing to ensure it aligns with our product differentiation and broader business objectives. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, requiring close collaboration with passionate colleagues and key internal stakeholders. THE PERSON: As the integrated messaging lead for our AI solutions portfolio you will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive messaging strategy that positions our offerings uniquely in the market and resonates with our diverse and growing customer base. You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a strong proven background in messaging and stakeholder management, particularly within the Enterprise technology or semiconductor sector. You are a strategic thinker who excels in crafting compelling messaging frameworks that can ladder to various product or solution messages and align them across various channels. Your ability to collaborate and hold your own with Product, Sales and Marketing teams is unparalleled. You possess exceptional written communication, presentation and creative skills, and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments where you can drive meaningful impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Messaging Strategy: Develop and Craft an integrated messaging framework that effectively communicates the value of our AI solutions across various platforms (edge, core, cloud, end user, embedded) Align AMD’s AI Solution value proposition with Product messaging to create a cohesive and connected narrative. Content Development: Create, Curate and oversee development of high impact content, including Gold master deck presentations, keynotes, marketing assets, and co-branded campaigns. Campaign support: Proven ability to bring messaging to life through various channels to drive awareness, engagement and demand for our AI solutions. Manage and influence the marketing mix, ensuring optimal allocation of messaging across channels to maximize impact. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs, sales strategies and resonates with target audiences. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within AMD Business Unit organizations to ensure consistency, resonance and alignment in messaging across all initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in messaging strategies through market research, competitive analysis, performance analysis bringing fresh ideas to enhance effectiveness. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record in integrated portfolio messaging, content strategy, particularly in the enterprise technology, AI, cloud, data centers or semiconductor industry. You have a strong understanding of AI ecosystem within Enterprises and where Data Center solutions fit within it. You possess excellent storytelling and excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging. You possess exceptional influencing abilities and can effectively collaborate with product teams to align messaging strategies. You are a strategic thinker, skilled in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You can operate independently and are a SME in your area with leaders at all levels. You bring new ideas to the table and continuously seek improvements for both self and organization. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, MBA a plus. Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position. You may be eligible for incentives based upon your role such as either an annual bonus or sales incentive.
