We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the development of our Generative AI Support Agent Assist product. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of AI-driven solutions. You will be at the forefront of transforming our digital care offerings, specifically our Generative AI Agent Assist product suite.

What you'll get to do…
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap Development: Envision, strategize, and execute the roadmap for our Generative AI Support Agent Assist product, aligning with broader Digital Care objectives. Rethink customer interaction paradigms in the age of AI to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate closely with the Customer Care team to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Develop a comprehensive vision and strategy to address these challenges through innovative AI solutions.
- Product Development & Experimentation: Define and refine product requirements, conceptualizing and testing ideas to create transformative customer experiences. Formulate hypotheses and conduct experiments to optimize both customer experience and business outcomes.
- Agile Leadership: Lead the scrum team with clear, actionable requirements and planning artifacts. Guide work prioritization and resource alignment, including coordination with third-party partners, to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate and evangelize the product vision, strategic plans, and achieved business results. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI domain. Use insights to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Your experience should include…
- 8+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, developing and launching digital / AI products in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies.
- Proven success in being responsible for the product roadmap of significant customer-facing features and releasing via the formation of hypotheses and experimentation.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and has experience driving Agile product development.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, assess outcomes, and challenge conventional wisdom.
- Passion for understanding customer needs, pairing with data, and great design to solve problems elegantly.
You might also have…
- Experience developing products for support center.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot.
- Software engineering background.
