Amazon's Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to shape the future of artificial intelligence through the customer experience lens.
Have you ever found yourself wishing there was a better way to evaluate AI models against each other than reading the benchmark papers, often published by the same organizations behind their development? If so, keep reading. We're seeking a scientifically-inclined Principal Product Manager to join our emerging team working with AWS AI & Data leadership to deliver innovative and performant products to customers of AI worldwide. This role is called to work closely with Amazon's AGI science team, dive deep into current/future customer needs and define the roadmap of next-generation automated AI model evaluation solutions. As a Principal Product Manager, they tirelessly advocate on behalf of customers and escalate immediately when they believe course correction is needed. Finally, they hold everyone to the highest standards, yet are known to hold themselves to even higher standards.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and build proof of concept experiments that best describe the quality of the customer experiences powered by AI/ML
- Create product/feature proposals to scale and automate the process of evaluating those customer experiences

- Continuously absorb and share knowledge about the latest product and scientific developments relevant to the ML/AI
