The Principal Program Manager will be responsible for technical program strategy and execution within the Alexa Subscriptions Growth (ASG) team. At Alexa, we are focused on building the world's best personal assistant, leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies. The role sits at a critical interaction between our product, tech, design and marketing teams. This role will be obsessed over inventing best-in-class AI customer experiences and subscriptions.

Key job responsibilities
• Drive product launches including working with feature/delivery teams across a large organization, GTM, and executives
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
