About The Role
We are seeking Process Analysts to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system's thinking and process design. As a Process Analyst, you will coordinate with your manager and team to understand the business outcomes desired by our clients and the operational strategy of our Operations team. You will enable the operational strategy that meets these goals at low cost through creative usage of Invisible's low-code platform. Your day-to-day work will be centered on designing, building, and guaranteeing the successful operation of processes upon the platform at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Process Scoping and Build
- Coordinate with your manager to solve client-facing problems with Invisible's low-code process builder tool.
- Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Recommend and carry out process modifications to optimize efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Engage with Operations stakeholders to understand and resolve emergent process problems.
- Requirements Gathering and Communication:
- Understand common patterns and pain-points in process configuration tools.
- Communicate pain-points and technology gaps to product engineering teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Operations stakeholders to ensure seamless change management and continuous operation of processes.
What We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in process engineering or software development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as a member of a team.
- Experience using low-code config platforms, including Invisible's Builder.

Compensation:
- Base: $48,000
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Country Hiring Guidelines:
