Overview
Join Esri’s corporate marketing team and help internal customers effectively leverage our Adobe Workfront system. As a marketing process and reporting specialist, you will support building and optimizing processes to support marketing programs and campaigns. This environment is high volume, includes complex workflows, and emphasizes high quality assets and work. In this role you will gather requirements and feedback from marketing teams and use analytics and reporting to identify issues and opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and turnaround times. You will support the product owner for the Workfront workflow management system. Leverage your analytical, operational, and technical expertise as well as project leadership skills to drive improved business and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive results. Define and build new marketing processes in the Workfront workflow management system. Build, monitor, and share reports to track throughput, velocity, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
- Innovate and adapt. Continually look for ways to improve existing processes and use of available marketing technology. Support the product owner of the Workfront system by prioritizing new features to implement, participating in beta programs, and increasing the value of the technical capabilities to Esri.
- Communicate and collaborate. Support the system administration of the Workfront system for colleagues across marketing and related business units. Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure internal user satisfaction by introducing new Workfront features and soliciting user feedback.
- Solve problems. Provide technical support for Esri’s Workfront users by triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving Help Desk tickets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administration and process management using project management/workflow tools such as Workfront
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in business data reporting
- Superior attention to detail, results oriented, and demonstrated track record of proactively establishing and following through on commitments
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, facilitation, reasoning, problem solving, and influence
- Ability to successfully communicate, align, and drive complex project delivery in partnership with leadership and teams
- Bachelor's in business, marketing, or related field
