Product Development Engineer

AMD together we advance_ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and systems. Working closely with test content developers and validation engineers to understand specifications Working with and maintaining a set of JSON-based RESTful web services Building back end systems that integrate with automation framework Analyzing telemetry with PowerBI/Grafana Implementing automated builds and testing processes with Jenkins Identify opportunity for project scalability Troubleshooting and maintaining automation tools and systems. Create documentation and guides for tools and systems Work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Powershell and/or Bash Shell. Deep knowledge of Linux and standard UNIX utilities and programs Knowledge of Windows Server Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and firewall Working knowledge of industry standard DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes Experience with software development life cycle and quality assurance processes. Strong coding skills in an Object-Oriented language. Experience with database design and schema development. Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile team environment. Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technology trends.
