This opportunity is for candidates based in Latam.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business objectives.

Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time.

Customer Insight: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market data, and competitive insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Feature Definition: Create detailed product requirements and specifications, working closely with the engineering team to ensure clear understanding and execution.

Launch Management: Oversee product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, using data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully leading product initiatives from concept to launch.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, as well as experience in the regulatory compliance or legal tech industry, is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively, with experience working closely with engineering teams.

Education: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
