We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and AI, with a proven track record of successful product launches and deployments. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring successful integration with major headset companies, and delivering outstanding results for our customers.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware and AI, with a proven track record of successful product launches and deployments. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring successful integration with major headset companies, and delivering outstanding results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of product concepts, ensuring successful Proof of Concept (POC) outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive launch plans, ensuring timely and efficient product releases.
  • Manage the deployment of products at five initial customer sites, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and execute integration plans with 2-3 large headset companies, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Act as a go-getter, proactively identifying and addressing challenges to achieve product success.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the hardware industry.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development processes and AI technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful POC execution, product launches, and customer deployments.
  • Experience working with large headset companies and managing integration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in AI and hardware technologies.
