We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a consumer-focused mindset and a proven ability to drive growth through incremental improvements and bold, strategic innovations. Ideal candidates have experience taking products from zero to one and a background in marketplace, subscription, or transaction-based businesses.

About the role

As a Product Manager at Care.com, you will drive growth by optimizing subscriptions, pricing strategies, and conversion. Using data-driven insights and experimentation, you’ll enhance user experiences, increase customer LTV, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams, you’ll lead impactful initiatives that balance incremental improvements with bold innovations, shaping how families and caregivers connect.

This is a hybrid position, we are in office Monday, Wednesday, Thursday with offices in Salt Lake City Utah, Austin Texas, & Dallas Texas

What you’ll do

  • Design, build, and test experiments to optimize subscription flows, improve conversion rates, and reduce friction in the conversion funnel.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the subscription lifecycle, focusing on pricing and packaging to drive customer acquisition and monetization.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap of A/B and multivariate tests that balance short-term wins with long-term customer lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics—to align on objectives and deliver impactful solutions that strengthen our two-sided marketplace.
  • Leverage data and insights to understand user behaviors, evaluate test outcomes, and guide ongoing optimizations to the subscription experience.
  • Lead cross-functional monetization initiatives, including pricing and packaging innovation, ancillary product development, and strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Prioritize initiatives with a focus on delivering the highest impact for both users and the business, ensuring meaningful and measurable results.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced problem solver: You have 3-5 years of product experience, with a proven track record of driving growth through subscription, pricing, or marketplace innovations. You thrive on solving complex customer problems and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Salary Range: 

125,000 - 140,000 The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
