About the role:
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong track record successfully leading and shipping complex software projects for high-growth startups. You must be detail-oriented, have a strong passion for and understanding of generative AI, and excellent people skills. You must have played a key role in intimately understanding customer needs, identifying and strategically focusing the teams on the most impactful features, and keeping projects moving along smoothly. Lastly, a real passion for integrity and safety within AI.
Responsibilities:
- Lead vision, strategy, roadmap and execution of breakthrough technologies that leverage the latest AI capabilities to solve real-world problems
- Effectively manage multiple projects and team schedules
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release timelines. Prioritize feature development based on customer needs, business impact, and resource constraints.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our products, systems and data.
- Define and implement robust security protocols, encryption mechanisms, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (X Years) in product management , with a focus on trust, security, or compliance.
- Deep understanding of best practices and technologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is between $133,000 and $247,000. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
