The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Strategist to join our team, focusing on Palantir’s Defense Product Offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping the direction of a nascent effort. The successful candidate will be hands-on in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building compelling content, and driving the overall success of our Defense Product Offerings while working across our Product, Business Development, and Communications teams.
The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Strategist to join our team, focusing on Palantir’s Defense Product Offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping the direction of a nascent effort. The successful candidate will be hands-on in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, building compelling content, and driving the overall success of our Defense Product Offerings while working across our Product, Business Development, and Communications teams.

Core Responsiblities

  • Develop positioning and messaging for Palantir’s Defense Offerings to align with customer needs and internal business objectives. Work cross-functionally to ensure positioning and messaging is consistent across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop content, collateral, website copy, and pitch decks to support Business Development teams in conversations with prospects and customers; continually improve assets based on Business Development and customer feedback.
  • Be an expert on Palantir’s product, customers, and users.
  • Partner with Communications and Product teams to create product launches around Palantir’s Defense offerings.
  • Collaborate with Technical Writers and Product Managers to ensure release notes, documentation updates, and in-product communications for our users are cohesive and consistent.
  • Ensure alignment with and work across multiple teams including Product, Design, Business Development, and Communications. Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing initiatives and the outcomes we’re achieving.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Able to translate user and customer insights into effective campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, guide, lead and follow
  • Would be great, but not required: Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, or Photoshop
  • What We Require

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the defense or tech industry.
  • Active US Security Clearance, or ability and willingness to obtain one

  • Salary

    The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $110,000 - $170,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
