About The Role

The Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for streamlining product development processes and ensuring the seamless execution of product strategies. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and operations, to optimize product lifecycle management and drive efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement product operations strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize product lifecycle processes, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with product managers to align operational activities with product roadmaps.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks in the product development process.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in product management software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Compensation: 

  • Base: $75,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $85,000
  • This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.

The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
