About the Team
The Compliance & Integrity Solutions Team within the Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs (LCCA) organization focuses on strategy and operations for the responsible AI, privacy/data and integrity compliance pillars.The Compliance & Integrity Solutions team spearheads transformation and enables the vision of our broader Compliance & Integrity Team (CIT) function by:
(1) Enabling Scalability & Operational Excellence: driving efficiencies, enhancing and executing on compliance workstreams that are critical to multiple compliance programs managed by CIT and other compliance functions, such as (a) Policies & Standards, (b) Workmate & Customer Advisory compliance support and (c)Third Party Risk Management for partners and suppliers,
(2) Maturing & Monitoring Compliance Programs: developing a common compliance controls governance framework and internal controls attestation program to enhance our CIT programs’ maturity and strengthen the first line of defenses across Workday, and
(3) Unifying Strategic Planning: leading and supporting unified strategic planning, objectives and key results management and quarterly business review processes across the CIT pillars.

To operate at scale as an AI-first company, we are seeking an operational excellence thinker to collaborate with our Compliance Integrity pillars of Privacy/Data, Responsible AI and Integrity, and with Product Legal, Global Legal Services, Security and Customer Care. This workmate will focus on driving efficiencies, enhancing and executing on compliance workstreams that are common and critical to our compliance pillars, such as workmate & customer advisory compliance support.
Responsibilities:
Execute on customer advisory compliance support workstreams stemming from multiple parts of the CIT function including Responsible AI, Data & Privacy, Integrity, and Compliance & Integrity Solutions.
Work across multiple legal, compliance and business teams to improve processes and develop playbooks to streamline our advisory bodies of work for workmates and customers across our Compliance & Integrity compliance programs.
Contribute to the enhancements of policies, procedures, FAQs and internal and external awareness materials to support Workday's Compliance & Integrity initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to craft and drive optimization for high volume workloads via AI tools and advanced capabilities.
Advise the business on how best to comply with CIT pillars internal policies, standards, and guidelines.
Provide critical input and feedback to mature processes that can be transferred to other shared services teams to further drive process scalability and optimization.
Be a trusted advisor for internal business partners in responding to customer and workmate queries related to Workday's compliance and integrity policies.

About You
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a compliance, risk management, or audit role
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, finance or related field
Other Qualifications
General understanding of compliance, risk management programs and operational excellence
Familiarity with Cloud Computing and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated program/project management, problem solving, risk management and compliance programs experience
Experience working collaboratively across a wide variety of functions to drive effective outcomes and earn trust, with a particular focus on working with legal, compliance, product, technology and customer service teams
Familiarity with operating and executing team-based initiatives and identifying process improvements
Demonstrates ability to handle competing priorities and consistently keeps internal and/or external stakeholders aligned in order to deliver on deadlines
Willingness and ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment
Contribution to clubs, company initiatives, or other group activities aimed at making previous workplaces a better place to work for all
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and OneTrust
