This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management acumen and a passion for robotics.
Our Success Criteria
Plan and lead the deployment of robotic systems at various customer locations, managing all aspects of the project.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of issues.Achieve a reduction in deployment cycle times through efficient planning and execution, aiming for continual improvement in process speed without compromising quality.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction measured through post-deployment surveys, ensuring that customer relationships are strengthened and potential for repeat business is increased.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for successful deployment projects, such as customer satisfaction scores, budget adherence, deployment cycle times, and system uptime.Include a structured mechanism for gathering customer and internal feedback to refine deployment strategies and provide insights for the engineering/product teams.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand and communicate technical requirements and potential challenges in the deployment of robotic solutions.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support to align project objectives and company goals.Oversee the training of customer personnel on the use of new systems and provide the necessary documentation for future reference.Monitor and report on the status of deployments, including risk management and mitigation strategies.Manage deployment budgets effectively, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints while achieving all project deliverables.Adhere to all applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements during each deployment, ensuring full compliance and documentation.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback and lessons learned from each deployment.
Your Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical engineering, computer science, or engineering physics; a related technical field or equivalent work experienceProject management experience, ideally within the field of robotics or technology deployment.Proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.Deep understanding of robotics and system integration in commercial or industrial settings.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites.Work authorization for Canada and the United States.Formal project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologyRegulatory Compliance Expertise specific to robotics, safety.
