We are looking for an experienced staff to lead a Leading-edge semiconductor design engineer training project(Internship, OJT) with government agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, financial accounting, and various operational activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Program planning with Tenstorrent in USA and related organizations and companies, execution and deliverables
  • Budget management and invoicing of subcontractors and Tenstorrent USA, Inc.
  • Manage and track program progress including accounting aspects, identifying risks, issues and dependencies specific to Talent Development Program, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the unique considerations and complexities
  • Conduct regular program reviews, evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with government agencies, while accounting for the company’s objectives in mind
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among engineering and operation teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional operational skills, with the ability to manage financial transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Due to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, Tenstorrent is required to ensure compliance with licensing regulations when transferring technology to nationals of certain countries that have been licensing conditions set  by the U.S. government.

As this position will have direct and/or indirect access to information, systems, or technologies that are subject to U.S. Export Control laws and regulations, please note that citizenship/permanent residency, asylee and refugee information and supporting documentation will be required and considered as a condition of employment.

If a U.S. export license is required, employment will not begin until a license with acceptable conditions is granted by the U.S. government.  If a U.S. export license with acceptable conditions is not granted by the U.S. government, then the offer of employment will be rescinded.
