Shield AI is looking for a Program Manager to lead a Department of Defense (DoD) technical development program focused on delivering transformative unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems. In this role, you will drive customer-funded research and development, managing the execution of hardware and software solutions that meet mission-critical requirements.
You will lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to successfully deliver innovative capabilities. - Regular employee positions: Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
- Temporary employee positions: Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days
