Lead a cross-functional team in support of the delivery of VBAT hardware and services to domestic and/or international customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Deliver proven, exceptional, and reliable performance in support of customer/end-userās mission through flawless program management.Effectively collaborate, motivate, and lead relevant stakeholders to successfully deliver early, under budget, and with exceptional technical performance.Ā Manage customer relationships and act as the key point of contact for the programĀ Ā Astutely balance and rebalance shifting customer priories related to cost, schedule, and technical parameters of programs.Ā Ā Provide hands-on management of all aspects of the programDrive the accurate and timely tracking and reporting of budget, resource, and project management standard metricsĀ Ā Complete critical path analyses including the evaluation of potential means to accelerate the pace or mitigate identified risksĀ Identify potential bottlenecks or delays in programs and drive efforts to ensure projects stay on scheduleĀ Partner with leadership to guide prioritization of projects and utilization of resourcesEstablish and lead a consistent cadence of well-organized, well-facilitated, and effective meetings, including driving all preparation and follow up activitiesSupport an environment where accountability and program execution excellence are coreĀ Report directly to Shield AIās Senior Director of Program Management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Program Management experience for International or Department of Defense programsDeep expertise in project and program managementĀ Willingness and ability to travel internationally and/or domestically as neededĀ Ability to focus on long-term business objectivesĀ Ability to run advanced projects/programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, in a manner that is largely self-directedĀ Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.Ā Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office SuiteĀ Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team managementĀ Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written abilityĀ Expert understanding of complex project financialsĀ You have a demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to othersĀ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the field of unmanned aerial vehiclesĀ Familiarity with aviation product delivery, maintenance, sustainment, and field supportĀ Undergraduate degree in engineering or businessProject Management Professional (PMP) certification#LI-AM1
