The role

Project Management at Helsing is a dedicated team and transversal function directly embedded within the Engineering department. As a Project Manager you enable delivery teams to meet their objectives by means of efficient organisation and planning. You contribute to the continuous optimisation and evolution of our development processes. You are a champion of impediment removal, and you love to find creative solutions to unforeseen problems.

The day-to-day

In close collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Business functions you are the center of planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management across teams and projects. You identify and remove operational impediments, contribute to resource planning and budgeting, and are a manager of internal and external cross-functional communication.

You should apply if you

• Have experience working with world-class software teams

• Have experience defining and building development processes from the ground up

• Have a strong understanding of agile methodologies

• Have the ability to drive forward timelines whilst tracking and accelerating progress

• Have strong communication skills with proven experience working in cross-functional engineering teams

• Have excellent German and English language skills
